Dear
Low-RANGE: Got a copy, and was so impressed, I bought a 2-year subscription of
your magazine when we were at the Bloomsburg show. I like it a lot, lots of
cool, real world, off-road stuff. Only one complaint, not enough full
size rigs, for example mine in the photo, clearing the cars at Bloomsburg.
Keep up the good work!
Dear Low-RANGE:
I would like to introduce you to our new club, the Treasure Coast Jeep Club. Located
in the Saint Lucie and Indian River County areas of the Treasure Coast in
Florida, our club participates in all types of events that include trail
rides, shows, social gatherings. We also participate in efforts that
make a contribution to the members of our community in need. I just
wanted to introduce you to our club since our members are readers, and are
already familiar with your publication. Dear Low-RANGE:
I have been bummed
to find that there have been a few issues that I haven’t received.
I realized this when I saw some fellow jeepers with Low-Ranges that I haven’t
seen in my mailbox. I figure the mailman is stealing them. Seriously, I
had that problem with another magazine years ago. Did my subscription expire?
Or did the mailman steal them for his own personal bathroom time? Hmmm.... |

Dear
Low-RANGE: I was browsing through magazines when I came upon yours.
I noticed that you had some incredible pictures in a few of the articles.
I am not a rock crawlin’ or motor sports fan particularly, but working
for a library we see all kinds of magazines and yours is nice. I wanted to
say that the photographer has done a wonderful job at getting up close and
making the pictures jump out at you. Aaron Campbell was the name
on most of the photos. Keep up the good work, and the great photographers! Dear Low-RANGE: Here’s hoping this magazine doesn’t spend much of the issue on half-naked women and smart mouth comments about why they should or shouldn't include my Jeep in their Jeep magazine. I enjoy a pretty girl or joke as much as anyone, but not at the expense of my off-roading information! Saw you at Indy, Website looks good, so I am going to give you a try. Dallas Hinchcliffe Dallas - Thanks. Indy was fantastic, hope to see you there next year. Dear Low-RANGE: I work at Summit Racing Equipment and one of my co-workers gave me a copy of the Sept/Oct issue because of the 4WDH Jeep Jamboree story. That 1999 red TJ with the American flag on page 42 belongs to my husband and me. I waited until after dinner to give the issue to him, told him it was his dessert! He was in 7th Heaven! Thank you so much for supporting off-roading! Mary Jo (and Leon) Loveland Ravenna,OH Dear Low-RANGE: Thanks for your interest in my Jeepster. I would also like to thank Low-Range magazine for inspiring me to rebuild another Jeepster, a 1970 for use as a trail rig! Nathan Rockafellow Eliot, ME Editor's Note - Nathan made the trip all the way from Maine to the PA Jeep Show in York, Pa, see profile of Nathan's Jeepster in the Nov/Dec Issue of Low-RANGE. |
